My client, a leading international real estate consultancy, is looking to hire a Senior Surveyor, joining their Property Management Team. This hire will play a key role managing their own portfolio across rural and commercial sites in South West of England and South Wales.

THE ROLE:

  • Manage your own portfolio of commercial and rural properties across South West of England and South Wales
  • Carry out property inspections and help keep sites running smoothly
  • Liaise with building consultants and on-site teams with regards to repairs and maintenance programmes
  • Prepare quarterly forecast and revenue budgets with the support of finance department

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Experience working as a Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor, with expertise across commercial or rural property management
  • Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant matters, compliance, and health & safety requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car required for regular property visits
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft applications

Please note, this role is primarily site-based, managing and visiting properties across the portfolio on a regular basis. There will also be occasional travel to the London or Birmingham office.
