The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing relationships, opening new IFA partnerships, and driving both new business and asset retention across the region. Working closely with investment teams and central proposition specialists, this role combines relationship-led sales with strong technical investment conversations.

  • Developing and growing relationships with UK intermediary firms across the region
  • Promoting investment solutions including bespoke portfolios, MPS, and fund offerings
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities while supporting retention of existing assets
  • Delivering face-to-face and virtual meetings with advisers, platforms, and professional partners
  • Communicating investment views, market insights, and product positioning clearly and credibly
  • Working closely with investment managers to support regional growth initiatives
  • Contributing to marketing campaigns, adviser communications, and sales collateral
  • Attending and speaking at relevant seminars, conferences, and adviser events
  • Capturing market intelligence and feedback to support proposition development
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting (Salesforce)
  • Ensuring all activity is compliant and aligned with regulatory and Consumer Duty requirements
  • Proactively following up marketing and event activity to maintain strong engagement levels

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in business development or account management within UK intermediary markets
  • Strong existing knowledge of adviser firms and distribution networks in the region
  • Sound understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
