Our client, a leading multinational bank, is seeking a Managing Director to join the Sponsor Coverage team as a key member focused on the UK market. The role involves originating and executing sponsor-led transactions, managing relationships with financial sponsors, and collaborating with internal teams.
Originate, coordinate, and manage relationships between the bank and Financial Sponsors, mainly infrastructure investors.
Build and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders to foster future business opportunities.
Coordinate early-stage transaction execution and liaise with product specialists across lending, capital markets, advisory, and risk solutions.
