We’re hiring: Global Benefits Specialist As our clients HR function continues to evolve, we’re looking for a Benefits Manager to help shape and deliver a compelling global benefits strategy that enhances colleague experience, strengthens our EVP, and supports a growing international business. Working closely with the Director of Reward, you’ll play a key role in: Designing and delivering a global benefits strategy Leading benefits benchmarking, renewals, and supplier management Driving international benefits harmonisation and platform development Influencing senior stakeholders across a multinational professional services environment Supporting wider reward initiatives and strategic people programmes This is a high-impact role for a benefits specialist who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and stakeholder partnership. What we’re looking for: Strong experience in UK and international benefits and pensions Proven track record delivering benefits or reward projects end-to-end Confidence managing suppliers, brokers, and external benchmarks Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in professional services or complex global organisations (desirable) Why join?
