Our client are a growing firm with a genuinely great culture, who are looking for an experienced Pension Scheme Audit Manager to join the team. The role is full time and offers great flexibility with hybrid working.

The role

Depending on experience, you'll be leading & managing pension audits end to end, reviewing financial information, carrying out risk assessments, guiding clients and managing audit teams day to day. You'll also play a part in improving how we do things as we continue to grow.

What we're looking for

  • A solid understanding of pension audit principles, standards and regulatory requirements is essential, along with experience managing audit engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills, good attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues.
  • ACCA or ACA qualified, with prior experience in pension audit or assurance preferred.
  • Internal Audit experience in a pension business or have completed pension audits.
