Our client, a leading global investment manager with over USD 100 billion AUM, is seeking an Associate to join their Private Equity Fund Investment Team (Primaries) in London.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support with the origination and deal execution, including due diligence processes, financial analysis and modelling.
  • Produce investment memorandums and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
  • Support secondaries and co-investment teams internally.

Requirements:

  • Currently sitting at the Senior Analyst or Associate level within a private equity primaries (fund of funds) team of a highly regarded fund, bank or placement agent.
  • Proven experience in private equity primaries transactions.
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills, including financial modelling.
