A leading global insurance broker is seeking an experienced Senior Claims Broker to join its London-based team, managing a portfolio of complex Professional Indemnity claims for large and sophisticated clients.
The Role: You will take ownership of PI claims from notification through to resolution, acting as a key point of contact for clients, insurers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders. The role is highly market-facing and involves negotiating with carriers, attending client meetings, supporting data and risk management initiatives, and ensuring claims are handled accurately, commercially, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Professional Indemnity claims end-to-end
- Prepare and present claims documentation to underwriters
- Liaise with Lloyd’s and company markets to achieve optimal outcomes
- Attend and contribute to client meetings when required
- Handle claims queries, endorsements, and ongoing servicing
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development
- Remain up to date with legal, regulatory, and market developments
About You: Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity claims, ideally within a London Market environment.
