Payroll Benefits Specialist (FTC to May 2027) London, (Hybrid Working) Part-Time (0.6–0.8 FTE) Fixed-Term Contract until May 2027 Competitive Salary + Discretionary Bonus We're looking for an experienced Payroll Benefits Specialist to join a collaborative HR Reward team and take ownership of payroll, benefits and pension administration across UK and Jersey entities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, vendor management and continuous improvement in a dynamic and people-focused environment.

The Role As the subject matter expert for payroll and benefits, you will: Manage and reconcile monthly payroll submissions across the UK and Jersey, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

Oversee payroll reporting, pensions and benefits administration, partnering with providers including ADP, Mercer Marsh and Aviva.

Act as the key contact for employee payroll and benefits queries, providing guidance on parental leave, salary sacrifice arrangements and HMRC-related matters.

Manage the flexible benefits platform (Darwin), including annual enrolment, renewals, testing and employee communications.
