We’re working with a well-established Lloyds broker seeking a mid–senior Delegated Authority Claims professional to support and develop their North American Property portfolio (predominantly within US Canada territories). This is a hands-on role with real influence—covering oversight of coverholders/TPAs, complex property losses, and close collaboration with underwriting and capacity partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring strong claims governance while helping shape best practice across a growing DA portfolio.
