I’m working with a leading Lloyd’s syndicate that is expanding its Marine division and looking for a Marine Portfolio Underwriter to join a high-growth, cargo-led facility. This isn’t a standard underwriting role. You’ll gain exposure to the full portfolio, work closely with brokers, price and analyse risks, attend QBRs, and help shape the development of a growing fast-follow strategy.
Ideal background:
- Marine experience (cargo preferred)
- Portfolio / facility / auto-follow / broker tech / junior UW
- Strong technical ability + appetite for development
- Comfortable in a high-volume, analytical environment
