The European FAC Property Account Handler will play a pivotal role in supporting Property Brokers with facultative placements across European territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing market documentation, coordinating submissions and quotations, maintaining insurer and client records, and liaising extensively with both London and European insurance markets. This position would suit an individual with a minimum of three years' experience in Property, Facultative, or wider Commercial Insurance Broking environments who has developed strong technical and administrative capabilities and is looking to further their career within a leading independent Lloyd's broker.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue market presentations, submissions, slips, endorsements, and placing documentation.
- Assist brokers with facultative property placements across European risks.
- Coordinate renewal and new business processes from inception through to placement.
- Monitor placement progress and follow up outstanding quotations with insurers.
- Support the negotiation process by obtaining and collating market feedback.
