Are you an experienced insurance processing professional looking to take the next step into leadership? Our client, a leading international insurance broker, is seeking a Team Leader to join their dynamic operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and support a team of processing specialists within the Casualty division, ensuring efficient, accurate delivery across complex London Market business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of processing technicians, providing guidance, training and mentoring.
• Oversee the accurate processing of premium and claims transactions for casualty business.
• Ensure all work complies with London Market standards, systems and internal controls.
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain service excellence.
• Drive process improvement and support operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor team performance, workload distribution and key SLAs.

About You

• Proven experience within a London Market insurance processing environment.
• Strong understanding of casualty classes – including liability and related lines.
• Confident user of market systems such as LORS, Xchanging, IMR or Global XB.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and leadership skills.
