We're looking for AI Engineers to join a large financial services organisation in London. You’ll be joining a team building and taking AI solutions into production, working predominantly with Python, React and AWS. The work will include building applications using LLMs, developing RAG pipelines, working with AI agents/agentic workflows, and integrating AI capabilities with existing applications and data.
What we're looking for:
- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI / LLM applications
- Experience with RAG pipelines
- Understanding of AI agents / agentic workflows
- AWS experience
- Experience taking applications into production
You’ll need to be comfortable working closely with both technical and business teams, and able to take fairly open-ended problems and turn them into working solutions. Financial services experience would be useful but isn’t essential.
Location: Paddington, London
Hybrid: 3-4 days per week onsite
