The Role
This role combines strategic Learning & Development leadership with broader HR Business Partnering responsibilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop talent, strengthen leadership capability, support organisational growth, and deliver impactful people initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Develop and implement the organisation's Learning & Development strategy.
Identify capability gaps and conduct training needs analysis.
Design and deliver technical, professional and behavioural learning programmes.
Manage onboarding and induction initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
Support professional qualifications and continuous development.
Manage relationships with external learning providers.
Ensure mandatory regulatory and compliance training requirements are met.
Talent Development
Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Develop leadership and management development programmes.
Partner with managers on performance and career development.
Coach leaders on employee growth and performance improvement.
Drive internal mobility and career pathway initiatives.
HR Business Partnering
Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees.
Support recruitment and selection activities.
Manage employee relations matters.
Contribute to HR policy development and process improvement.
Analyse HR data and provide meaningful insights.
