Bruichladdich Distillery Company Ltd is seeking a Packaging Development Manager to lead all new packaging development for the Bruichladdich portfolio and manage packaging supplier relationships.
You will drive sustainability-focused packaging solutions and lead the Product Development Team to deliver projects on time, coordinating with Quality and Supply Chain teams.
The role reports to the Operations Director and sits on the LT20.
