The Student Support Advisor is a crucial role and will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of our busy Student Life centre and for providing full administrative support to the Head of Student Life.

About the Role

• As Student Support Advisor, you will

  • Work with the Head of Student Life to carry out planning of the College’s Student Life
  • programme which seeks to contribute to the transformation the student experience
  • byenhancing student support services and inclusive learning environments.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of the College's Student Voice agenda, working
  • collaborativelywith the Students\' Union, Course Representatives and academic
  • departments to ensure student feedback informs service development and
  • What We’re Looking For

• We need a dedicated and empathetic team player with

  • Experience in student services in higher education.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with students, staff, and external
  • stakeholders.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with professionalism and
  • confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of mental health first aid and responding to students in crisis
