Job Purpose
Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of marketing campaigns and targeted projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy, objectives, and commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and pricing alignment, while collaborating with the web developer for seamless updates.
- Plan, create, and execute targeted and general e‑marketing campaigns, maintaining a GDPR‑compliant contact database and a structured campaign calendar, including the internal company newsletter.
- Optimise and monitor AdWords campaigns, analysing performance against company and product strategies, and providing actionable reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain a professional, engaging social media presence across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct competitor analysis and maintain a pricing database, using insights to inform product strategy and digital advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to support new product development, identifying suppliers, analysing competitive landscapes, and assessing sales and profit potential.
- Coordinate company participation in trade shows and events, generating leads and promoting the company brand.
- Provide strategic input into marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the customer review process to ensure timely feedback, fostering improved client satisfaction and retention.
