Manufacturing Operative

We are looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join our client\’s growing team in Fareham. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, expanding branch, where you’ll play a vital role in their operations.

The role:

• Located in Fareham (must have own vehicle due to location)
• Competitive salary up to£27,300 per year(equivalent to£12.50 per hour)
• Full training provided to help you succeed in your role
• Company-provided uniform
• The 42-hour workweek, with opportunities for overtime
• Temp to perm role for the right candidate

Duties:

• Manufacture timber products such as Timber Frames, Easi-Joists, and roof trusses
• Use of machinery and tools (using saws and manual rollers)

Requirements:

• Experience in timber manufacturing, wood work, carpentry would be desirable
• Must be practical and enjoy a hands on role
• Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks
• Good timekeeping and reliability
