My client is seeking a proactive Quality and Safety Coordinator to ensure top-tier product quality and a safe workplace within the manufacturing operations. This role drives compliance, continuous improvement, and a culture of safety and quality across all teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections, documentation, and equipment calibration.
- Lead process improvements and corrective actions to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Manage supplier quality and maintain weld certifications.
- Develop and implement safety policies, conduct audits, and deliver employee training.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and relevant regulations; prepare reports for audits.
- Communicate performance metrics and collaborate with production teams, management, suppliers, and auditors.
