My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product/Digital Marketing Executive to help create exceptional online experiences for their customers. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of world-renowned events and 365 businesses, ensuring that all products are showcased effectively online and optimised to drive conversions.
Location: Chichester
Contract: Fixed term maternity cover (with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £28,000
Role Purpose
Working primarily on the company website, you will act as a key expert for the Marketing teams, helping with product updates, website improvements, and new product launches. You will work closely with the Conversion & Trading Manager and collaborate with the Data and Digital teams, all focused on delivering a customer-first online experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a super-user for the website, ensuring products and content are accurate, up to date, and optimised for conversion.
- Support product launches and updates, monitoring performance and suggesting improvements.
- Assist the Campaign Team with email marketing, customer journeys, and website conversion initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Data, and Digital, to implement best practices and improve the customer experience.
- Contribute ideas to enhance online usability, content quality, and overall digital performance.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related area.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality online experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to Chichester daily.
