Bruckshaw Associates are working exclusively with a long-standing, Top 30, Cheltenham based practice client to fill an exciting payroll vacancy. This position offers a thriving workplace, lots of progression, and some great benefits.

This role will support a team with the production of payrolls for multiple clients across a variety of pay frequencies, and the key responsibilities include:

  • Processing payroll from client information
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Data handling and the preparation of data reports
  • Managing internal relationships and dealing with 3rd party queries
  • Maintaining accurate and concise record systems

The suitable candidate will:

  • Have experience in PAYE and other payroll processes, including RTI
  • Have good time management and customer service skills
  • Be an enthusiastic self-starter
  • Have a degree of flexibility when managing a number of tasks at the same time
  • Be confident with Excel
  • Be dedicated to furthering payroll skills through potential formal training
  • Have knowledge on STAR, however this is not essential only desirable
  • Enjoy working in a team
