Bruckshaw Associates are working exclusively with a long-standing, Top 30, Cheltenham based practice client to fill an exciting payroll vacancy. This position offers a thriving workplace, lots of progression, and some great benefits.
This role will support a team with the production of payrolls for multiple clients across a variety of pay frequencies, and the key responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll from client information
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Data handling and the preparation of data reports
- Managing internal relationships and dealing with 3rd party queries
- Maintaining accurate and concise record systems
The suitable candidate will:
- Have experience in PAYE and other payroll processes, including RTI
- Have good time management and customer service skills
- Be an enthusiastic self-starter
- Have a degree of flexibility when managing a number of tasks at the same time
- Be confident with Excel
- Be dedicated to furthering payroll skills through potential formal training
- Have knowledge on STAR, however this is not essential only desirable
- Enjoy working in a team
