Are you ready to dive into a world where wagging tails, wet noses, and boundless enthusiasm are your daily companions? Here at Bruce’s, we are looking for a Full Time Carer Driver at our Battlers Green Centre.

Founded in 2008, we have become the UK’s recognised leader in Doggy Day Care. Our purpose at Bruce’s is to unleash happiness and enrich the lives of more dogs and their families through our values P.A.W.S (Pawsitivity, All fur one, Wag for it and Sniff out the new stuff).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You will be transporting dogs to and from Daycare in our Bruce’s Doggy Buses and ensuring the safety of every precious passenger onboard.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver our weekly enrichment routines in line with our enrichment calendar.
  • Checking notes and sharing updates with customers about our four-legged friends.
  • Keeping our doggy buses in top-notch condition.
  • Following customer instructions for pick up and drop off.
  • Uploading photos of our four-legged friends to our CRM system.
  • Providing a positive environment which leads to happy dogs.
  • Managing behaviour management plans and turning potential conflict into opportunities for positive interactions.
  • Assisting with bathing, washing, and towelling dogs prior to drop off.
  • Caring for the equipment, fields, and site, keeping them maintained, safe, and clean.

About You:

  • You will be 21 years old or over due to insurance purposes and a reliable and trustworthy individual with a Full UK licence.
  • At least 2 years driving experience and live or near Neasden, Colindale, Harrow, or Willesden.
  • Ideally have a current DBS (or be happy to have a DBS check).
  • You will be confident with customers and can handle queries and talk about dog behaviour with ease.
  • You embrace challenges and work under time pressure with a can-do mindset and enthusiasm.
  • You are someone who is happy to work outdoors in all weathers.
