What You'll Be Doing
- Transporting dogs to and from Daycare in our Bruce’s Doggy Buses and ensuring the safety of every precious passenger onboard.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver our weekly enrichment routines in line with our enrichment calendar.
- Checking notes and sharing updates with customers about our four-legged friends.
- Keeping our doggy buses in top-notch condition, ready to hit the road and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Following customer instructions for pick up and drop off, e.g. lunches, where to leave the dog if the owner is not in, securing property.
- Uploading photos taken of our four-legged friends to our CRM system and tagging individual dogs for our customers.
- Providing a positive environment which leads to happy dogs and creates an atmosphere where we can unleash happiness.
- Monitoring behaviour, turning potential conflict into opportunities for positive interactions and managing behaviour management plans.
- Assisting with bathing, washing and towelling dogs prior to drop off.
- Caring for the equipment, fields and site and keeping them maintained, safe and clean.
About you:
- You will be a reliable and trustworthy individual who is 21 years old or over (due to insurance purposes) with at least 2 years driving experience and live within a 30 minute commute of the Balham area.
- Ideally have a current DBS (or happy to have a DBS check).
- You will be confident with customers as you are with canines, handling queries and talking dog behaviour with ease.
- You embrace challenges and work under time pressure with a can-do mindset and enthusiasm.
- You give 100 pawcent in everything you do while radiating positivity and are happy to work outdoors in all weathers.
