Sous Chef sought for The Greyhound, Brucan Pubs, Wokingham RG40. We are seeking a sous chef experienced in fresh food kitchens to deliver our menu and kitchen management in support of the head chef. All applicants with relevant sous or head chef experience are welcome. All applicants must have a valid right to work in the UK.

Salary: £40,000 TO £43,000 per year, based on a 48-hour week over 5 days. 29 days holiday annually.

The Role: This is an 8 person brigade serving seasonal British cuisine, focused on fresh quality ingredients. Working in a professional, structured kitchen, managing the kitchen set up, food standards, brigade and the kitchen logistics. Balanced kitchen management, shared responsibility.
