We are fresh into our journey at Brucan Bakery, having opened in August 2025. We are an independent bakery and we take pride in producing everything in-house fresh on the morning of service. We have attracted a good amount of traffic with our great location and the response has been great. It is clear that the business has a lot of promise and we are looking for an experienced baker to bring our bakes to life.
