At Brucan Bakery, we are looking for a passionate, early-rising Baker/Pastry Chef to join our craft-focused team. If you have a love for lamination, a feel for dough, and a desire to elevate your pastry skills, we'd love to meet you. We have an exciting vision of creating items which are seasonal and unique, so we aim to change the menu every month and introduce exciting specials.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where quality is the priority. You'll be responsible for maintaining our high standards across our pastry and savoury selection, ensuring every item that hits the counter is exceptional.

  • Pay: Up to £15 per hour (depending on experience).
  • Hours: 25-35 hours per week.
  • Schedule: Thursday to Sunday (Weekend availability is essential).
  • Starts: Early starts will be required but not always.
