About The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, people-savvy marketing professional to bring our brand to life on the ground. You’ll be the go-to person for building buzz, creating meaningful partnerships, and helping us drive uptake in the reach our sales targets. Based in Greater Manchester and covering key areas across Cheshire and Merseyside, your mission is simple: drive brand love and help us grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Multi-Project Marketing Support: You’ll juggle a mix of local campaigns, events, and activations—so being organised and ready to switch gears is key. Expect to be busy, creative, and always connected to the community.
  • Build Local Partnerships & Community Presence: Scout and build relationships with community leaders, organisations, and partners that align with our mission. Spot great opportunities to make a positive impact and grow our brand locally.
  • Plan & Run Activations: Bring local celebrations to life—from securing venues to organising merchandise and ensuring every detail is on point. Help our brand show up in the community in fun, engaging ways.
  • Own Local Events: Find the right local events for our sales team to attend and ensure everything runs smoothly—from logistics to marketing materials.
  • Hyperlocal Media & Advertising: Identify local media outlets and outdoor ad spaces where we can stand out. Recommend sponsorships and community activities that make us more visible—and more loved.
  • CSR & Community Impact: Champion local causes and CSR initiatives that show we’re a brand that truly cares.
  • Sales Support & Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with regional sales teams to support initiatives that drive uptake. Stay close to the action, collaborating across departments to maximise impact.
  • Customer Testimonials: Help bring real stories to light—find opportunities to share customer stories and experiences to build trust and brand credibility.
  • Track, Report & Improve: After every event and sponsorship, produce clear, insightful reports showing feedback: what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next. Keep meticulous monthly records of every activity across the region—Excel accuracy is your superpower.

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent people skills—confident building relationships with everyone internally and externally.
  • Strong experience managing community events, marketing campaigns, and sponsorships.
  • Pro-level multitasking and project management.
  • An obsession with customer experience and a drive for local impact.
  • An analytical edge—just as comfortable writing up reports as you are running a community event.
  • 2–4 years in marketing, communications or sales support roles.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing activity, community events and grassroots campaigns.
  • Bonus points if you’ve used CRMs, project tools, or campaign dashboards.
