Bridgeman Recruitment (Agency) are currently seeking experienced Cladders to work on a range of commercial and residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing external cladding systems safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Installing various cladding systems including rainscreen, composite panels, and metal sheeting
- Fitting insulation, brackets, support rails, and façade systems
- Reading and interpreting drawings and site specifications
- Measuring, cutting, and fixing cladding materials
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Working at height using appropriate access equipment
- Ensuring all work complies with site health & safety regulations
- Working collaboratively with site management and other trades
- Completing snagging and finishing works where required
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Cladder
- Valid CSCS card
- IPAF/PASMA advantageous
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Own tools and PPE preferred
- Reliable and hard-working attitude
