Bridgeman Recruitment (Agency) are currently seeking experienced Cladders to work on a range of commercial and residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing external cladding systems safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Installing various cladding systems including rainscreen, composite panels, and metal sheeting
  • Fitting insulation, brackets, support rails, and façade systems
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and site specifications
  • Measuring, cutting, and fixing cladding materials
  • Operating hand and power tools safely
  • Working at height using appropriate access equipment
  • Ensuring all work complies with site health & safety regulations
  • Working collaboratively with site management and other trades
  • Completing snagging and finishing works where required

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Cladder
  • Valid CSCS card
  • IPAF/PASMA advantageous
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Good knowledge of health & safety procedures
  • Own tools and PPE preferred
  • Reliable and hard-working attitude
