As our business continues to grow, we are looking to appoint a proactive, organised, and dependable Office Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.
The successful candidate will assist with general office administration, operational coordination, client communication, and day-to-day business support functions. They will work closely with management and operational teams to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.
- Office Administration & General Support
- Answer and direct telephone calls and email enquiries professionally
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
- Order and manage office supplies and general office requirements
- Assist with general office organisation and operational administration
- Operational & Project Support
- Support the administration of ongoing construction cleaning projects
- Maintain accurate records relating to projects, staff, and client information
- Support the tracking and organisation of operational and project-related documentation
- Act as a professional and friendly point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Assist management with ad hoc business and administrative tasks
- Help maintain a professional, positive, and efficient office environment
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, operations, or assistant role preferred. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience within construction, facilities management, or a related industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
