Role Overview: This is a varied and hands-on support role suited to an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing across multiple areas of the business. The successful candidate will assist with general office administration, operational coordination, client communication, and day-to-day business support functions. We are looking for a strong all-rounder — someone who is organised, adaptable, professional, and willing to assist wherever needed. The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The successful candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration & General Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and email enquiries professionally
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
  • Support diary management, meeting coordination, and scheduling activities
  • Order and manage office supplies and general office requirements
  • Assist with general office organisation and operational administration
  • Operational & Project Support
    • Assist with coordinating operational activities and workforce scheduling
    • Support the administration of ongoing construction cleaning projects
    • Maintain accurate records relating to projects, staff, and client information
    • Assist with timesheets, site documentation, onboarding paperwork, and compliance records
    • Coordinate with site teams and management to ensure information is communicated effectively
    • Support the tracking and organisation of operational and project-related documentation
  • Client & Supplier Communication
    • Act as a professional and friendly point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
    • Assist with responding to general client queries and follow-ups
    • Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and general requirements
    • Maintain strong and professional working relationships with stakeholders
  • Business & Team Support
    • Assist management with ad hoc business and administrative tasks
    • Provide support across different areas of the business as required
    • Help maintain a professional, positive, and efficient office environment
    • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and overall efficiency

    Skills & Experience

    • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, operations, or assistant role preferred
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional and approachable manner
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
    • Strong work ethic with a proactive and adaptable attitude
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Experience within construction, facilities management, or a related industry would be advantageous but is not essential
