We are seeking a highly organised individual with a passion for providing excellent service to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will need to be professional and courteous, with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Trained on modern telephone systems and computer literate, preferably with experience in a professional office.
- High standard of inter-personal and communication skills, especially in the context of client care.
Role Responsibilities
- The effective processing of all incoming telephone calls including the logging of calls and the conveying of messages (calls to be answered within 3 rings as a minimum standard).
- The provision of telephone support to partners and other staff members as required.
- Dealing with all visitors to the reception area, especially new clients.
- To ensure the tidiness of the reception area.
- To ensure the confidentiality and security of the firm's and clients' documentation and information.
- Provide guidance and supervision to new Receptionist staff when directed to do so.
- To provide administrative support to all areas of the firm when required, including but not limited to, administrating the incoming/outgoing post, photocopying and stationary monitoring.
Salary & Benefits
- The role pays at least minimum wage.
- Parking provided on site.
- 28 days holiday, pro rata (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days with service.
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, 2 days per week to be agreed.
