YOU\’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Provide global product support to our dealer/distributor network for technical concerns, ensuring consistent alignment with our brand promise and product performance.
- Ensure the delivery of technical support for powersports products with consistent service levels.
- Maintain and strengthen alignment with BRP after-sales policies and procedures to minimize waste and ensure financial strength.
- Support consumer product issues to strengthen our network and brand image, sustaining high success.
- Support and identify communication needs and resolve product-related problems to improve future products.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Align warranty decisions and practices with company expectations to contribute to ongoing success.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Passionate about after-sales support; driven, committed, and problem-solving oriented to enhance service experiences.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience.
- Experience in leading support teams, including hiring, mentoring, and training.
- Obsessed with providing quality services and resolving difficult situations innovatively.
- Ability to connect product, dealer support, and customer experience.
- Technical background with experience in on-water products or other powersports products.
- Proven success in building and executing internal processes and transferring best practices.
- Strong negotiation, communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
