to join the Insights Team for a 12-month mandate. Reporting to the Brand & Performance Insights Manager, you will play a central role in translating data into insights — and insight to action.

You will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance and conducting strategic deep dives into consumer, market and competitive data — with the goal of informing Sea-Doo’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and brand priorities. Working coss-functionally with Brand Strategy, Market Research, Customer Analytics, and Digital Analytics teams, you will synthesize inputs and connect dots across multiple sources to uncover strategic insights and deliver tangible, high-impact recommendations.

Your work will help Sea-Doo stay ahead of market shifts, address brand risks, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Consolidate consumer, market, and performance data from multiple teams and platforms.
  • Interpret and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, explaining both successes and areas for improvement with data-driven hypotheses.
  • Understand and anticipate consumer behavior trends to flag risks and uncover growth levers (audiences, market prioritization, channel-mix, etc.).
  • Build executive-level presentations, turning insights into compelling narratives that inform GTM strategies and business decisions.
  • Help define and refine GTM roadmaps by identifying unmet consumer needs, competitive gaps, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, proactively guiding stakeholders with recommendations based on an integrated view of the business, market, and customer landscape.
  • Experienced of 5+ years in GTM strategy, 360 performance, insights and/or marketing analysis.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable stories.
  • A natural connector who thrives in cross-functional settings and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Proficient in data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling — especially for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English (French is a strong asset).
  • Curious, autonomous, and highly collaborative — you take initiative and follow through.
