Are you searching for a career where no two days are the same? We are seeking a motivated and reliable Caretaker to join our Housing Repairs team. This is an important frontline role where you will help ensure our estates and communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents.
This role is designed to address various environmental concerns and keep the housing stock at high standards. As a Caretaker, you will carry out routine inspections of blocks and estates, identifying and addressing issues such as litter, fly-tipping, graffiti, and other environmental concerns. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across our housing stock while providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents.
We’re looking for an individual who has experience of:
- Working in a caretaker or similar role
- Awareness of health and safety issues
- Working with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues from other departments
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the ability to work alone and as a small team
