We are looking for a Repairs Scheduler to join our Housing Repairs Team. You'll work closely with a small, supportive Scheduling Team, alongside our Repairs Customer Service Officers, in a fast-paced environment.
Your day will be spent scheduling appointments for larger repairs, coordinating diaries for our in-house Operatives and external contractors, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet service demands.
