Housing Repairs are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Builder to join our in-house repairs team. In this role, you will spend your day undertaking a variety of repairs to our Council's housing stock. As you will be visiting various properties, you will require excellent customer service skills in order to effectively communicate with our customers. Most of your work will be undertaken in tenanted properties, but you may also be required to work in empty properties, to undertake work to get these ready for new tenants.

- Have experience in brickwork, roofing and groundworks
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
