Salary: £25.00 per hour (for qualified staff)
Broxbourne Council is looking for qualified (Level 2/Level 3) fitness professionals who are enthusiastic and passionate about helping inactive, vulnerable individuals improve their quality of life through exercise. We are looking for dynamic and flexible fitness instructors who will be responsible for delivering a number of low impact exercise classes on behalf of the Active Herts programme. If successful, you will be required to travel to a number of venues in the Borough including Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Wormley, Broxbourne and Hoddesdon, as well as having the flexibility to deliver classes during the morning, afternoon and evening. Previous experience of teaching exercise classes and working with adults who are at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions is required.
