This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Financial Inclusion team. If you already hold an Institute of Money Advisors qualification, you can join us as a Financial Inclusion Officer. However, if not, we are willing to train the right candidate which would mean starting as a Trainee.

It will involve providing expert welfare benefit advice, maximising income opportunities, and connecting people to local services that support long-term stability. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering early homelessness prevention work
  • Ensuring all available grants and funding are utilised to sustain tenancies and resolve rent arrears
