Responsibilities
- Open and close the facilities as required
- Lead, supervise, and support teams across different departments
- Maintain strong product knowledge and effectively use operational systems
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations
About You — Qualifications
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Pool Plant Operator (PPO) certification
- First Aid at Work
Requirements
You must be confident communicating with members of the public and able to provide clear advice in fluent English. This role involves a varied shift pattern, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, as it involves working with children and vulnerable individuals.
