This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Financial Inclusion team. If you already hold an Institute of Money Advisors qualification, you can join us as a Financial Inclusion Officer. However, if not, we are willing to train the right candidate which would mean starting as a Trainee.
If you are a proactive and enthusiastic individual wanting to help the residents of Broxbourne Borough strengthen their financial resilience and prevent homelessness, this may be the role for you. It will involve providing expert welfare benefit advice, maximising income opportunities, and connecting people to local services that support long-term stability.
Responsibilities- Deliver early homelessness prevention work, ensuring all available grants and funding are utilised to sustain tenancies and resolve rent arrears.
- Work closely with partners such as housing associations, advice agencies, Broxbourne Foodbank, and other charities to link residents with resilience‑building services.
- Support diverse client groups, carry out benefit calculations, complete assessments for the Housing.
