We're seeking a Channel Manager based in the UK to grow, manage, and support our reseller and channel partner ecosystem across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Growth & Management: Develop and execute strategies to expand our reseller and channel partner network across the world.
- Partner Enablement: Train, onboard, and continuously support resellers to effectively position and sell our Digital Fashion solutions.
- Contracting & Negotiation: Lead reseller contract discussions, renewals, and negotiations in alignment with company policies and revenue goals.
- Joint Marketing & GTM Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to build co-marketing campaigns, launch programs, and go-to-market initiatives with resellers.
- Performance Management: Set sales targets for partners, track performance metrics, and ensure accountability to revenue and brand goals.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for key reseller accounts, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
- Market Insight: Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence from channel partners to inform sales strategy and product roadmap.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success managing reseller or distribution channels across the globe.
- Strong contracting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Able to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives.
- Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and outside parties to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
Education And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development, ideally within B2B SaaS, fashion tech, or design software.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS is a plus.
