- Drive the vehicle and crew to the designated address, supporting the crew with removal duties including packing, loading, and unloading the vehicle.
- Be physically fit to pack, carry, load and unload the vehicle, and to dismantle and reassemble furniture.
- Work unsocial hours when required, including some nights away.
- Behave politely and professionally at all times in this customer-facing role, using strong communication skills to speak with customers and colleagues.
- Be reliable, flexible and punctual so that move-day schedules run smoothly and remain stress-free for the customer.
- Ensure all removal paperwork is completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular communication with the office.
- Wear company uniform at all times and PPE when collecting or delivering to customers and other sites.
- Have your own transport, as you will depart from and return to the local depot.
