Job Description
Podiatrist – Congleton & Macclesfield
We are looking for a Podiatrist to join our growing team. In this role you will be helping our practice to continue to increase in capacity and provide a world-class therapy service at our Congleton clinic and *New Macclesfield clinic.
Mentorship and Ongoing Training will be provided to allow the right candidate to succeed in private podiatry practice.
The Role of the Podiatrist
The role of the podiatrist is to ensure that all clients have a positive experience in every session in our clinic. We want our therapists to be able to provide not only excellent clinical skills but also a world-class customer service experience. Success in this role will be measured on successful treatment outcomes, customer satisfaction, on-time and correct documentation of clinical notes as well the meticulous up-keep of relationships with existing and past patients of the practice.

Responsibilities and Activities:
● Do everything possible to get the best outcome for every patient
● Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes (in the time frame you set)
● Confidently communicate the value of our service and your skills during the conversation about price
● Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently
● Increase referrals by providing a high level of customer care and service to all of your patients
● Ensure that clinical notes are kept up-to-date and are accurate
● Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in-house educational training program
● Assist in the production of in-clinic workshops, community events and other marketing events.
● Be on hand to participate in and contribute to the clinic's social media activity
Skills Required:
● Above average clinical skills that will be developed continuously
● Excellent communication skills that are developed continuously
● Accountable – you're happy to be held accountable and willing to be coached to improve every aspect of your role
● To be able to engage with and connect with patients at the people level (not just the clinical)
● Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent attention to detail
● Ability to work under deadlines and on schedule.
Requirements:
● BSc (Hons) Podiatry/MSc Podiatry
● HCPC Registration
● Minimum 1 year of experience
Desirable Skills/Interests:
● Biomechanical assessments
● Diabetic foot care
- Minor Surgery Experience
● Private Practice experience
Location:
This clinical role will be based at our Congleton & Macclesfield (new) clinics
Benefits include:
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (pro-rata)
