The Position
Are you a passionate foodie? Experienced in delivering fine-dining service at the highest level? Interested in developing your career in a world-leading luxury hotel? Then we invite you to join us as a Waiter / Waitress in our Drawing Room at Rocco Forte Hotels.
You will be the charming, confident face of your section, providing the sophisticated service and warm welcome that Rocco Forte Hotels is renowned for. Working with the Drawing Manager, you will deliver consistently flawless service for diners, ensuring that we always exceeds their expectations.
You will be fluent in fine food and wine, quickly becoming conversant with menu and its provenance. Impeccably presented, disciplined and adaptable, your keen attention to detail and crucial communication skills will guarantee any special guest requests or health requirements are conveyed to the kitchen and catered for.
You will work positivity and professionally within your team, and be given the support to further develop your skills as a front-of-house specialist.
Ultimately, your insight, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
