Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth in the Middle East market, targeting both leisure and corporate guests, as well as diplomatic clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to enhance hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create bespoke promotions and packages for the region.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to increase visibility.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to adapt strategies and stay ahead.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Report on sales performance, tracking targets and progress to senior management.
