Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver smooth and efficient luggage handling for guests upon arrival and departure.
- Provide personalized local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Concierge, Doorman, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at all times.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Assist with storing and retrieving guest luggage as needed.
- Keep the luggage area organized and secure.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with a focus on exceptional service.
