Your key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the smooth daily operation of the housekeeping department.
  • Deliver and retrieve linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies as needed.
  • Support room attendants with the set-up and clearing of guest rooms.
  • Remove waste and soiled linen from guest areas in line with hygiene protocols.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest and team requests.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all back-of-house and guest-facing areas.
