Your key responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality Level 3 treatments, including massage, facials, head spa, and body therapies.
- Delivering exceptional guest care and personalised service.
- Managing reception duties, bookings, enquiries, payments, and client records.
- Creating a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and spa presentation.
- Supporting daily spa operations and working collaboratively within the team.
- Staying up to date with wellness trends and advanced spa techniques.
Who we are looking for:
- A Level 3 Beauty Therapy or Spa qualification (or equivalent), with hands-on experience in delivering professional massage & facials.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, unrivalled 5-star service.
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the hospitality and wellness industries.
