Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth execution of meetings, events, and functions from set-up to service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Events Operations team to deliver outstanding service.
- Liaise with event organisers and internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Ensure all events are delivered in line with company standards, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor service quality, staff presentation, and operational standards across all event spaces.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Support departmental administration, reporting, stock control, and financial procedures.
- Contribute to team recruitment, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive repeat business through exceptional event delivery and guest satisfaction.
