Your key responsibilities:
- Join our dedicated Housekeeping team and play a vital role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our beautiful hotel rooms.
- As an Evening Room Attendant, you will help ensure our guests experience the exceptional comfort and attention to detail synonymous with the Rocco Forte name.
- With your impeccable standards and eye for perfection — from a flawlessly made bed to a sparkling mirror — you’ll create an atmosphere of calm and luxury that allows our guests to truly relax.
- You’ll take pride in working independently while also contributing to a supportive, professional team, communicating with warmth, confidence, and discretion.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Clean and maintain rooms to the highest standards.
- Restock supplies and ensure amenities are in place.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
